Pranav Wadnerkar

Director of Total Reward at Mastercard

Pranav is an HR enthusiast with career spanning over 18 years in the field of Human Resources. An engineer by education he was intrigued to see impact of human behavior on business and thus decided to pursue career in HR.

Started his career with India’s most prestigious business conglomerate Tata Group in 2003. Then moved on to specialize in Performance Management and Total Rewards while working with India centers of global brands like CGI (Canada) and Dassault Systems (France).

Pranav joined Mastercard six years back to lead Total Rewards practice for South Asia division and most recently took over the role of Total Rewards lead for Middle East & Africa region. He’s responsible for Mastercard’s total reward program design and implementation for the region helping the company to attract and retain key talent.

Pranav is settled in Dubai with his wife and son. He enjoys his free time pursuing his interests in literature, music and trekking. He has many Himalayan treks to his credit including the Everest Base Camp (EBC) trek in 2018.
