Anouk Dejust leads the Compensation and Benefits function for Middle East Africa at Emerson. Her work helps design attractive reward schemes adapted to local requirements, implement and harmonise benefits programs and streamline the HR processes within the organisations. Anouk is also responsible for the payroll within the region and manages the HR Information System and HR operations in the MEA HR Shared Services.
Prior to this, Anouk was the Human Capital Director for the Bee’ah Group, an Emirati company focussing on Integrated Waste Management.
As a results-oriented, high-energy leader with over 20 years of international HR experience, Anouk has developed a high understanding and agility in diverse environments and industries to build relevant employees value propositions and to structure organisations in partnering business. Her areas of expertise are also performance and talent management, succession planning, reward and retention strategy, leadership development, change management, employee engagement and workforce planning.
She has a strong track record of transforming the HR function in emerging and growing markets or in restructuring contexts and skilfully engages stakeholders in complex matrix structures. Anouk brings a broad senior experience in developing high-performing teams in multicultural contexts and in designing effective HR solutions.
She has been living in Dubai, UAE for nine years and has a master’s in business management and a master’s in human resources.
