Online course structure
The 6-week programme is divided into an introduction plus 5 modules with each module focused on a key management topic that is critical for you as a leader to understand. Each module is delivered over a week and contains both live and on-demand learning materials.
Live learningis done through webinar technology, utilising the interactive features available such as polling, break out rooms and whiteboard.
On-demand learningcan be completed anytime and is usually required in preparation of a live learning session. On-demand learning includes reading, video lectures and forum discussions.
Hot topic sessions
The (bio)pharma and MedTech industries change constantly in response to new business models, marketing practices, innovative therapeutics and more. As leaders it is vital to stay aware of the latest trends and how they will impact your organisation now and in the future.
Facilitated by the expert faculty there will be two hot topic discussions during the 6-week programme. The aim is to facilitate online networking, interaction and discussion amongst peers. The two topics will be selected by you in week 1 of the course. You will need to prepare some thoughts, experiences and insight prior to the session. You will primarily learn from your peers through the sharing of past experiences and ideas.
Hot topic sessions will take place in weeks 4 and 5 of the course.
