"When we think of agriculture, we may not always imagine, or at first thought, think of women as leading the way. Things are however starting to change. We are seeing a gradual increase in C-level women leaders and more light is being shed upon women farmers throughout the world. Whilst things are starting to change, it is still a gradual process and as you can see from our survey towards the end of this ebook, many still feel women are under-represented.

This is why here at New AG International we wished to join forces with some inspirational female leaders, to help educate and inspire other women to join this industry whilst at the same time encouraging all companies and organisation to play an active role , step up and meet this challenge of empowering women to succeed in senior level agri related roles.
