Rhonda is Chief Strategy Officer and on the Global Group Board at CLEAR M&C Saatchi where she is focused on helping clients find clarity through complexity by developing insight-led commercial growth strategies that create relevance, differentiation and loyalty. For the past 15+ years, Rhonda has worked across numerous sectors from retail to CPG to tech. Never afraid of a big complex challenge, Rhonda leads the strategy team at CLEAR to ensure clients get the most strategically sound, and creatively delivered, brand experiences. Prior to joining CLEAR, Rhonda was Executive Director of Brand Strategy, Analytics and Shopper Sciences at Interbrand. In 2017, Rhonda was awarded the prestigious 40 Under 40 Award from design:retail magazine for her impact on the retail industry.
