Jennifer Keser is Director of Market Structure & Regulation at Tradeweb. Since joining the firm in 2016,she has taken the lead on financial regulatory affairs efforts in Europe/Asia, focused on the fixed income and OTC derivatives markets.
In her role Jenn proactively identifies commercial opportunities, business risk and operational requirements associated with regulatory reform and their impact on market structure. She regularly meets with buy-side clients and liquidity providers to communicate the company’s approach in these areas.
Prior to joining Tradeweb, Jenn worked in government affairs and public policy at Credit Suisse, J.P. Morgan and Goldman Sachs. She holds a bi-lingual double Masters in International Affairs from the London School of Economics and Sciences Po Paris. She completed her B.A. in political science at Wellesley College. In 2018 Jennifer won the legal/compliance professional of the year category at the Water’s Technology Women in Technology and Data Awards.
