Marco is Managing Director with BTS Design Innovation s.r.l., Head of Innovation Practice in Italy and a member of the management team of BTS Italy. He is an expert in innovation practice and has worked with major Italian and multinational clients, including Ferrari, Gucci, Artsana, Unicredit, Enel, Nokia, Electrolux, Eni, Tenaris, Pirelli, Coesia, Telecom Italia, Pirelli, Luxottica, Nokia, Siemens, Microsoft, Comau. Marco develops and delivers leadership & management and sales transformation practices and training. He also develops and delivers product innovation projects for BTS Design Innovation s.r.l. and belongs to BTS global’s Innovation Core team. Prior to joining BTS, Marco co-founded Cesim Italia, 4math, Singularity and was co-owner of Design Innovation s.r.l. in Milan and worked for Pirelli as Head of Training for Italy.
