Ugne Willard is Head of EMEA Surveillance at Wells Fargo responsible for trade, voice and e-surveillance workstreams. Prior to that, Ugne spent 9 years at HSBC implementing surveillance across all lines of business and delivering strategy for global surveillance implementation. During that time she has been part of an ongoing evolution of surveillance technology and associated operating models, from rules-based to behavioral analytics, from siloed to holistic operating approach.
