Her experience ranges from building up large scale annual events (FUSE: Brand Identity & Design, Front End of Innovation), to creating hot-topic pop-up events on timely, industry-critical topics.

By combining Romina's industry knowledge and keen understanding of the unique challenges businesses face today, as well as the powerful network of executives she's built over the past 7 years, Romina has launched her newest endeavor, The Collective. She has managed to create a model for events that is not only 100% customized and turn-key but fully immersive and experiential. What began as a passion for connecting the brilliant thought leaders she has worked with over the years, transformed into what is now a community and business.
