Laura Fresco is a partner at HOYNG ROKH MONEGIER, a European IP law boutique. Laura’s practice focusses on trademark, copyright, design, and unfair competition law. She is specialized in cross-border litigation, but also likes to negotiate and develop anti-counterfeit or border protection programs with her clients. Laura frequently acts in opposition and invalidity proceedings before the European Union Intellectual Property Office. Based in Amsterdam, she regularly lectures at universities and conferences worldwide and contributes to various legal publications. Laura is also one of the driving forces behind Women in IP events in the Benelux. Before joining HOYNG ROKH MONEGIER in 2011, Laura practised IP and corporate law in the Netherlands, the Caribbean and Italy.
