Joanna Conway (Joey) is a partner in the IP & Tech Disputes team at Kemp Little LLP, a leading technology and digital media law firm.
Joey specialises in IP and related disputes with an IP, technology or scientific focus. Joey has a particular expertise in digital content and reputation management, combining IP enforcement with defamation, advertising, privacy and related matters, including in relation to digital advertising and digital content issues.
Joey is also known for her work in diversity and inclusion. Joey co-leads the “Women in IP” support community for IP Inclusive, the pan-professional body aimed at increasing diversity and inclusion in the IP professions. Women in IP provides events and networking for its community of over 700 IP professionals and helps individuals and organisations tackle the D&I issues that can impact women in IP.
