Saker于2012年5月被任命为爱马仕首席执行官，自2011年11月起担任代理首席执行官。Saker于2009年6月加入公司，担任投资主管。他负责领导公司的增长战略，并负责确保爱马仕继续提供优秀的长期投资表现。加入Hermes之前，Saker于2005年加入富通投资美国公司，担任全球股票首席投资官，后来成为全球股票主管。在此之前，他曾担任SGAM英国公司的全球股票首席投资官。猎隼is the founder of the 300 Club, a group of leading investment professionals who seek to challenge investment orthodoxy and improve the contribution of financial services to society. Saker is also a member of the CFA Institute’s Future of Finance Advisory Council, a member of the IIRC Council, and a practitioner member of the Banking Standards Board. Saker has a BA and PhD in Medieval History from King's College, University of London.
2018年，Saker被评为金融新闻欧洲资产管理奖年度首席执行官。他拥有伦敦大学国王学院中世纪史的学士和博士学位。在女王2019年新年授勋名单中，萨克因在负责任商业和金融方面的贡献而被授予大英帝国司令勋章(CBE)。
