kareem.哈姆扎is the CEO and founding partner of Introspect Capital (DIFC) Limited, a Dubai-based, independent investment management firm founded in 2017. Kareem is also the lead portfolio manager of Introspect Capital’s investment team, who manage concentrated, MENA-focused, equity strategies on behalf of an array of clients including family offices, high net worth individuals and sovereign wealth funds. Prior to the launch of Introspect Capital, Kareem was leading the Equity Asset Management team at Arqaam Capital, a Dubai-based investment bank. During his tenure at Arqaam, Kareem was also focused on concentrated, MENA equity strategies and now holds over ten years of experience in this space.
