Start networking before the event
We’ll open up the digital platform two weeks before the event, so you can login and get to know your fellow attendees.
Your journey at the virtual event begins with our 'build your badge' feature - allowing you to set up and personalize your profile.
Add a short bio and a photo and remember - the more you say about yourself, the more likely you’ll meet people most relevant to you.

Find and export relevant contacts
Once you've set up your profile, you'll be able to browse the attendee directory to see who else is attending.
If you see someone you’d like to meet, click on their profile page to request to meet with them.
PLUS - build a targeted list of contacts by clicking to add people to your directory. To see and export your list, simply click into the delegate bag (top right hand side of the screen!).
Find the people interested in the same things as you. Sort the delegate list by specific interests and the platform has an algorithm that will suggest the top matches based on common interests.
Easily arrange and accept meetings with fellow attendees
The networking part of the digital platform enables you to arrange meetings before, during and after the event.
You can have these meetings as one-to-one chats, or invite others for a group discussion.
Once you have found a time that's convenient for both you, the meeting will be added to your personalized event schedule.

Join a coffee table chat
Break-out into small group discussions to debate the issues facing you and your company.
Hear what your peers are thinking about the topic and improve your industry knowledge whilst broadening your network.

The delegate bag allows you to personalize your event and make the most of your time. Choose the attendees you're interested in and add them to your delegate bag to export them to follow up with later.
