Hannah Whiteside is the Managing Director of the newly founded Technology Culture, Change and Communication team supporting the technology organization through various transformation initiatives. She joined Schwab from Salesforce where she spent four years, first as a Change Lead in the Technology Enablement space, and most recently supporting the Finance organization as Senior Manager of Engagement and Learning Programs. She led enterprise-wide people, process and systems changes, including Workday implementations, sales customer quoting systems, and custom-built applications on the Salesforce platform. She also led the creation of an Academy Finance learning framework, job leveling guide, and career coaching tools and training.
She is deeply passionate about the importance of change management and business transformation, considers herself a "culture nerd" and employee advocate. Previously she worked at Ketchum Change as an M&A, employer branding and communications consultant. In her personal life, Hannah is a busy mom of two, avid karaoke participant and proud Washington Capitals hockey fan.
