Mário de Castro graduated in Law from University Lusiada of Oporto, a post-graduation in Contracts Law from University of Coimbra and afterwards concluded a Master (LL.M.) specializing in European Union Economic Law and WTO Law at the Europa-Institut from the University of Saarland in Saarbruecken, Germany. Mário has a professional experience of 14 years in legal matters, out of which 12 in the Luxembourg financial sector. Mário has acquired an extensive experience as Compliance Officer over the last 9 years in different types of financial institutions.
