Profile
Andrea is a thought Leader in Sustainable Finance, with 25+ years of experience in investment, research and strategy roles in blue-chip companies. Founder of Blue Topaz Advisors, she designs and implements
sustainable investment and corporate strategies across ESG and impact investing. Andrea combines her passion for sustainability with a ‘hard-core’ finance and investment background, and she develops solutions that integrate financial returns with positive environmental and social outcomes in order to catalyse private capital into sustainable and impact investments.
Prior to her sustainability roles, Andrea managed private equity, VC and hedge fund portfolios for Regency Capital and Caxton Associates, ran an equity research team at Goldman Sachs, and was a strategy consultant at McKinsey&Co. Andrea is a Harvard MPA and she serves as Board Member and Trustee at Frontline Aids and Reall, and as Member of the Investment Committee at the Lankelly Chase Foundation.
