Harm Carstens

MD, Head Short Duration Portfolio Management EMEA at DWS

Harm is Head of Short-Duration portfolio management EMEA. He is responsible for managing short-duration products in mutual funds and segregated mandates in Euro, GBP, USD and CHF.

He joined Deutsche Bank in 1999. Prior to his current role, Harm served in Global Markets Research, covering European economics and ECB watching. Previously, he was a member of the Sovereign Debt Restructuring Team. Prior to joining, Harm worked for the Kiel Institute of World Economics

He holds an Master's Degree in Economics from University of Kiel and is a CFA Charterholder.
