Hello amazing people! My name is Gurmeet Singh Rehal and I am the Head of the Physical Education Department, public figure, fitness coach, educator, lifelong learner, and gritty. I am currently pursuing a degree in Health & Sports Science while teaching in Qatar and Co-Chairing our Wellness Committee with my amazing and radiant wife, Brittany. My purpose is to share the power of grittiness, followed with positive mindset through education, sports, and fitness in the whole world. I work towards making a progressive work culture where power is shared, not used on, and leaders make workplace wellbeing a priority.
