Mr. Al-Harbi is the Head of the Strategy and Performance Management at the General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI). He is responsible for corporate performance management, and strategic planning and execution. He has more than thirteen years of experience in human capital management, strategic planning, strategy execution, and social insurance.
