CHRO at John Hopkins Aramco Healthcare

Haithem Al-Balawi, Chief HR Officer at Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare (JHAH) has been with Saudi Aramco for 20 years. Haithem earned his Engineering and an Executive MBA from King Fahad University for Petroleum and Minerals. He started his career with Saudi Aramco in the field of Industrial Security as a Security Systems Engineer and has successfully completed other key organizational roles with increasing responsibility since then. Over the past seven years, Haithem held various HR functions including knowledge transfer and change management, HR Systems Support Department, Workforce Planning and Analytics Division, and the Compensation Division. Now Haithem is leading the HR function in JHAH. Haithem is also actively participating with the World Economic Forum (WEF) in fields related to the future of jobs and the readiness of the organization.
