Chris Shen is a founder and co-Managing Partner of West 22nd Capital, based in Hong Kong. He also is a member of the firm's Investment Committee. Chris is jointly responsible for the firm's investment activities, as well as overseeing West 22nd Capital’s deal origination, strategic partnerships, asset management and legal matters.

West 22nd Capital encompasses two businesses, a single family office and a separate growth/private equity firm that is licensed by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission. West 22nd Capital invests in strategic deals that complement its network, primarily focusing on investments in retail, consumer, real estate, financial/advertising services, education and technologies generally related to those sectors. West 22nd Capital works with companies based outside of China with the goal of helping them write their China story. If there is not a strategic angle, West 22nd Capital also invests or lends opportunistically across the capital structure and agnostic of sector or geography.
